I need your help and suggestions, guys!

A friend is having a birthday party in a little more than a week, and the theme is the ´90s. Which means, I have to come dressed up as something very typical from that period of time. I'm thinking of doing some sort of body paint, but I don't know what or who I should be looking like. So give me any sort of suggestions you can come up with, that is typical to the ´90s. I need to look faaaancy

What am I doing at the moment, you might think? Where are my pictures, you wonder?

Well, do not fret, cuz here comes an update on ITAFTRS' art situation:

Right now, it's all embroidery for my part. I'm currently working on a piece from Link's Awakening (will be a while before it's done though; you know cross stitches - they take foreeeever). I'm also finalizing a pattern for another embroidery I'm gonna do once the LA one is finished. WIP's + the finished result (duh!) will be uploaded here, in due time.

On a more traditinal drawing note, I'm planning on doing several smaller drawings portraying different characters from the Zelda universe. I found a list containing not all - but a lot of them - on a Wiki page, so now I'm gonna make one picture for each character. Yey! Fun times! So, yeah, expect a lot of The Legend of Zelda stuff from me in the near future.

Okey, so it's been quiet from me for awhile now. Well, just to let you know, I have a little sketch finished (nothing fancy really; a little something from the game I'm currently hooked on: Xenoblade Chronicles X), just gotta find the time to scan and upload it. Have a bigger piece I finished a while back as well, but I'm not too sure whether I should upload it here. I feel pretty meh about the result, to be honest.

Was going to do a bit of drawing tonight, BUT clumsy as I am, I cut myself pretty deep with a knife while making dinner. And it was bleeding like insane (blood, can you just stop coming out of my body, I'm on my period now as well, it's like jeez! stop bleeding, body)! No band aids could stop that flow. So now I have a pretty big amount of tape+a band aid around my thumb, just to keep everything in my apartment free from blood stains. But that means my thumb is close to unbendable, so no drawing for me tonight, in the end. Gosh, I could barely move the control stick when playing video games.

Bleeding thumb rant over. Now I'm off to bed. Night!

PS. My apartment is making funny noices. I'd rather NOT have any animals in here right now...

I think I suffer from a minor case of art block at the moment. Do you, dear watchers, have any suggestions of what I should be doing next, art wise. Or rather: what type of art would you like to see from me?

Hear me out, dear fellow artists! I've just come across what has to be one of the best subscription boxes ever: ArtSnacks! Each month, you get a little package filled with different art utensils: pencils, pens, markers, paint etc. That's just so AWESOME!! I'm definitely trying this service out (gosh, I'm really addicted to subscription boxes, aren't I?). An unboxing video on YouTube is likely to follow. I'll let you know when it's up.
